Yes! Our Hosts  are allowed to offer Alcoholic Beverages to their guests during their event, Only if being served by a licensed and insured mobile bartending service of your choice or you may use our bartending services for an additional rate.  No Alcohol is allowed to be SOLD on the premises and we do NOT allow BYOB.

We do have a parking lot that accommodates limited parking to the entry of the  Venue.  Also there is plenty of free parking allowed on the street at the front of our building.

Yes! We welcome outside catering.  Although, Utopia Events have an on-site Kitchen, it is unavailable to our guests for cooking.  But we do allow the use of the counter space, sink and refrigerator.

Smoking  (including Hooka) is Strickly prohibited inside the Venue.  Smoking is only allowed in the rear of the parking lot and disposal of cigarette butts.  Any evidence of smoking inside the facility will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Absolutely! We offer a wheelchair ramp at the entry of the building and also two fully equipped men and ladies  handicap restrooms.  Our entire Venue meets ADA compliance.

Security is optional and will be provided at a minimum rate at the expense of the Host for evening Events 5pm-12 am. 

Our Venue  has the versatility to host all types of events from Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Bridal Showers,  Birthday Parties (Adults/Kids), Community Events, Baby Showers, Repasts, Corporate Meetings, Prom Send-offs, etc. and any desirable event to bring your dreams alive!

There shall be a limit of 89 attendees permitted at our  Venue And the event space  is approximately 2200 square feet.  

We allow bookings as far back as 1 year and up to 1 week prior to your requested Event date.
