RESERVATIONS

All Events booked at Utopia Events require a 50% non-refundable security deposit unless cancelled within 72 hours of booking.  Venue Pricing is based on the day of the week and package choice.  Email us or schedule a tour of our Venue and for questions about pricing & availability.

All Evening Events require Security for an additional fee.

Venue Rental requires a $200 REFUNDABLE Incidental Deposit 7 days prior to scheduled Event date

To enhance your experience, we offer optional  in-house "Add-on" services to include premium furniture, specialty linen, drapery, canopy, cloud machine, cold sparks, selfie photo booth, 360 photo booth,  Big Screen TVs, and Projector.
